2. NATURE OF THE SITE
2.1 The Site offers digital-only subscription access to a library of Canva-compatible templates. It does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
3. HOSTING
3.1 The Site is built and hosted on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify Inc. Technical hosting infrastructure, checkout, and payment processing are managed in part through Shopify's systems, independent of Templixo's own operations.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 All content on the Site, including the Templixo name, logo, template designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Templixo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this content outside the license terms described in our Terms of Service is prohibited.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Templixo makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Templixo is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

6.1 The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including Canva, which are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by Templixo. Templixo is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1 This Legal Notice and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, such as Australia, apply and cannot be displaced by this clause.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
8.1 If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us first at support@templixo.store or +1 415-662-4298 so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
8.2 If you are an Australian consumer and are unable to resolve a dispute directly with us, you may be able to lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your relevant state or territory consumer affairs office.
8.3 Templixo does not currently target the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom as a primary market. If that changes, this Legal Notice will be updated to include applicable EU/UK dispute resolution mechanisms, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
